Preparing Documents for FLW:

• Passport copy
• Birth certificate copy
• Divorce Letter / Death Certificate, if ever married before
• CNI (Certificate / Letter of no impediment to married in Indonesia)
• Religious Certificate of marriage from your religious office from your country
• Copy passport of 2 witnesses, if only couple, wedding coordinator can be the witnesses
• 6 pieces colour photo pose together size 4x6 cm, the groom at the right side when take picture
